Hi Sir/Ma'am,

I would like to make clarification regarding my SSS calamity loan which I filed last April 12, 2022 and was certified and approved on April 13, 2022. The loan details were already reflected in my online SSS account, yet the proceeds of my loan is still not credited to my union bank account. 

I'd like to ask when will the net proceeds be credited to my account. As per my knowledge, it should have been credited already once the loan details were out in the SSS online portal.
