Dear Sir/Madame 

I,Jansinn Karl Taub Garnica, with SSS Number: 06-4573092-6 has made a payment last October 21, 2023 at around 10:03:28 PM for my SSS Contribution of the month of October 2023. The PRN generated SI231552184389 was paid via GCASH thru the SSS mobile app amounting to a total including transaction fee of Php 860. The GCASH payment reference number was 713089826. 

The aforementioned payment was not posted. I am requesting that my paymenT be posted in my SSS Contribution for October 2023.
