I, daughter of Teodocia C. Villena (with SSS Number 0425102716) had made a payment this November 3, 2023 at around 8:06 PM for her SS Contribution of the month of January 2024.

The PRN generated VJ231554055380 was paid
via GCASH thru the SSS mobile app amounting to Php 576 with service fee, and the GCASH reference number was 131219052. 

The aforementioned payment was not posted and deducted from my Gcash account. I am requesting that her payment be posted in
my SSS Contribution for January 2024.
