Hi I would like to request my salary loan tracking number since it was generated and approved from sss last March 11, 2020 since then i haven't yet received check from sss.

1. I am writing this request because our company is temporarily close  since March 18, 2020 due to Covid-19 Pandemic. the work arrangement of our company  during this Pandemic  is NO WORK NO PAY.
2. I will use the money to buy food and pay electric & water bills.
