Hi I would like to request a financial assistance my family never received any finanacial assistance since the covid start and been sick with no leave credits provided and no work no pay diagnosed as positive using rtpcr test. Now I want to request any little help from the agency I havent took anyloan from you and been paying my sss through my employer now seeking assistance since covid dint spare us my daughter is pwd received 2 relief goods from makati and we are not complaining but seeking a little bit of help we salute all the frontliners hope my little voice will help thank you.
