Hi! I would like to ask for a list of documents as well as steps needed for the SSS Death Claim Application.

I am the daughter of the deceased member, 31 year old. My mother was married but they had been separated with my father since 1992 and my mother had single handedly raised me and my brother since then. 

I am humbly asking for your assistance hoping that if I am made aware of the appropriate process and documents time and money could be saved as these are essential for me at this moment.
