Hi I would like to make a request about:

My salary loan that has been approved already since 12/09/2020.
Upon checking the Sss website, the status is already "granted".
But when i check on my BPI account that i registered to SSS sytem, there is still no funds from SSS. And it is already almost 2 weeks since i receive the email about the approval.
