Good Day.

I humbly wish to request for a financial assistance to help me and my family's expenses when I was quarantined. I was tested Positive for Covid 19 on Jan 6. I wasn't able to report to work and this government program will really help me a lot to support us.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response.
