Hi, good day. 

I would like to follow up about my SSS Unemployment Benefit Claim which is approved last September 21, 2020. This is my SSS number: 3432189046 and my Claim Reference Number: UBMW2902020091142749.

I had a mistake in putting my Bank Disbursement Fund details and change it online upon receiving an email of the approval from SSS.

I already called the hotline and luckily got to talk to someone, they advised me to wait for SSS to make a system for those who has an  error for their bank details then after a month I went to SSS office in D. Macapagal Ave. in Pasay
