Good day!

Can you please check this loan?

CRN Number 0111-0888971-1

SALARY LOAN	11-05-2013

It says I still have an outstanding balance from my November 2013 loan when it was already paid for when I filed a loan renewal in November 2016. I would not have been able to renew my salary loan if this balance has not been automatically deducted. 

This is preventing me from filing a loan renewal. Please assist.
