Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of CIRCULAR 2008-008 of the information you requested.

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as there is a number of circulars re dacion en pago and we would like to know which dacion en pago circular you are referring to. In line with your request for the SS Law, please note that the law is readily available online. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing toVP Luisa Sebastian at foi@sss.gov.ph.
