Hi, 

Good day.

May I ask for a cash assistance related to Covid19 because I was positive since October 15, 2021. Our whole family were advised for  a home quarantine from October 1 - 14 because my sister and mother got positive result at that time. On the 15th when I had my swab test, I also got positive result but the barangay only advised me to have my home quarantine for another 10days again. This cash assistance would be really a big help for us to sustain for our daily needs.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not provide the Covid 19 assistance you have requested for. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
