Good day,

Upon checking my Contribution i had voluntary payment from Oct to dec 2020 and January to September 2021, i wanted to file a Salary loan, I am active OFW and due to pandemic i am a repatriated. 

Upon checking my  SSS did not post my December 2020 Contribution but i receive a Message from SSS that they already posted my payment from october to December 2020, which is 720php. Yet, they didnt post my December contribution. I am already following up but there  email doesnt receive or entertains email at all.

For the posting of contribution, kindly go to the nearest branch and submit proof of payment made.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
