Hi,
I would like to kindly request for a detailed computation of my retirement lump sum amount, confirmed to me most recently. This information is requested to seek clarification and understanding as to why the eligibility module based on contingency date in August 2020 was around P10,000+ higher than the final amount confirmed to me at present.
