HI I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST FOR INFORMATION REGARDING TO MY SSS ONLINE REGISTRATION.
I FILL UP THE FORM OF MY INFORMATION BUT IN THE END ITS BECOME UNSUCCESSFUL THE REASON IS "YOUR NAME AND/ OR DATE OF BIRTH DOES NOT MATCH  YOUR SSS RECORD. BUT I GIVE THE RIGHT NAME AND BIRTHDAY OF MINE

Your request is being denied because Freedom of Information (FOI) does not cover inquiries and concerns that disclose member information and details.

To address your concern, you may visit and register in our uSSSap Tayo CRMS Portal at https://crms.sss.gov.ph.
