Hi, I would like to seek your assisstance on locating my Calamity Loan cheque.
The loan was approved 26 June 2020 ang the cheque was generated 7 July 2020.
Check a numberous times with our office but they never received it. They also confirmed it with the Pasig Post office which  covers our company's location but there was no pending.
They suggested to check it with our local post office which I did but I was informed they don't have any pending calamity loan cheque as well.
Moving around is not a good idea since the threat on Covid19 is still there I would like to know where it is before I go
