Dear Sir,
I have tried several times to register online but it is always rejected for the same reason.
The Savings Account Number/Citibank Cash Card/UBP Quick Card/UMID-ATM Savings Account Number is not found in your SSS records.
I am receiving my pension thru PNB ETON CENTRIS Branch ATM. How do I enter my account number to be recognized in my registration. 
OPTION 1. I entered my Savings Account Number but the reply is always the same. I have tried several options just the same, my online registration is denied.. 
Kindly advise the correct format to enter my bank details.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account in the SSS website. An email regarding the status of your enrolment has also been sent to your registered email address. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
