ITS SOOOOO HARD TO ENROLL DISBURSEMENT ACCOUNT. IVE BEEN TRYING TO UPLOAD MY FATHER'S DOCUMENTS ON THE SSS PORTAL. I ALSO TALKED TO SA SSS LAOAG BRANG BRANCH AND ADVISED THAT ONLY AT NIGHT THAT CAN ABLE TO UPLOAD. ITS ALWAYS AN ERROR. COULD U PLEASE ADDRESS THIS? THANKS
