Hello! I would like to inquire about the following information regarding my.sss online account:

1. Will the "Update Contact Information" feature return? If so, are there any expected dates when it will be released?

2. When will the "Request Records" feature be available to members with an SS (Social Security) number starting with "34"? Is there any expected date that it will be released?

You may click the E-Services tab and then "Request Member Data Change" for updating of your information.  For further inquiries, you may send an email to onlineserviceassistance@sss.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
