Hi,im a seafarer and on vacation right now. The company was actively contributing  his SSS xoktribution while on board. Now, i to apply for a loan. but we were informed that we need to pay 6mos. voluntary contibution since our payment will be voluntary and this is the new policy, they said.
Pls. help us understand. i need to loan.Thank you.
