Good day! 

I am currently registering to My.SS. However, the process was failed. I forgot my old number which I registered when I applied for SSS account years ago. 

In connection to this, may I request to change my old number to 0916-2272737 which is my active mobile number as of date.

Unfortunately, requests on changing any information on your SSS account can only be done online through your My.SSS account or by going to the nearest branch in your area. Thank you for your understanding.

Your right to request a review
