Hi I would like to track my check since it shows on the website that my check has already been generated and applied the calamity loan since 06/17/2020 still did not receive any notification about my check I hope you can help me with this

You asked for CALAMITY LOAN CHECK follow up.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. You may retrieve information regarding your loan by accessing your My.SSS account on the SSS website. Also, please be informed that due to strict quarantine restrictions during the time of your request, loan checks were delivered later than usual.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
