Good day!  I file a funeral claim of my husband who died last April 8,2021 , but the SSS rejected it due to the following reason/s:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 18, 2021 09:08:36 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your may refer your request to the nearest SSS branch within your area regarding your request for correction on your husband's member's records. The list of SSS branches may be viewed at SSS website @www.sss.gov.ph. 

You asked for Funeral Claim.
