Hi Ma'am/Sir Covid 19 Positive survivor po ako ngpositive po ako sa RT-PCR po naghome quarantine mula September 13, 2021 to September 26, 2021, Hihingi po sana ako ng ayuda hindi po kasi ako nakapagtrabaho ng mga panahon na iyon buong pamilya po kami naquarantine kaya wala po kaming income kaming dalang magkapatid at ng aking magulang na meron po kailangan na gamot nilang maintenance.
