Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 05, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information for your NSTP - ROTC Serail Number. However, you may wish to contact Dr. Tomas O. Bañez, Director of NSTP, or visit Samar State University NSTP-ROTC Office for this matter.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Mr. Arthur L. Poblete (arthur.poblete@ssu.edu.ph) and/or Dr. Redentor S. Palencia (redentor.palencia@ssu.edu.ph), our decision makers.
