Hello! I am currently doing research on road traffic laws in the Philippines. 

As such, I would like to request for a full text copy of Department of Public Works and Communications (DPWC) Administrative Order No. 1 issued on February 19, 1968, which promulgates the rules and regulations governing limited access highways.
