Hello! I am currently doing research on road traffic laws in the Philippines. 

As such, I would like to request from the TRB a full text copy of Department of Public Works and Communications (DPWC) Administrative Order No. 1 issued on February 19, 1968, which promulgates the rules and regulations governing limited access highways.

As additional information, I requested this from DPWH before but they already informed me that they do not have a copy of it.

Hi, I would like to request for a review of this FOI request. This is because the TRB was previously able to provide me excerpts of DPWC Administrative Order No 1 series of 1968 as shown in this FOI request below last November 2023 on the legal basis of overtaking and slow lanes on expressways.
