I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request comprehensive commuter data for Tarlac in the year 2023. The information will be used for research purposes to better understand the commuting habits and experiences of residents in the area.

Specifically, we are interested in obtaining the following key data points:

Number of Commuters: An estimate of the total number of people commuting within Tarlac in 2023.
