Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 07, 2021 02:08:30 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request for data re: THE T.C.T./PLAN/TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE BOUNDARY LINE of the LOT identified in the request is denied. After consultation with members of the FOI committee, it has been decided that your request be addressed to the Provincial Government of Tarlac since the lot/s identified are only under USUFRUCT agreement with the PGT.
