I refer to my letter of Oct 03, 2022 01:02:04 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Permaculture Architecture: Reconfiguring Recovery Facility for Militaries with PTSD.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. May we know what kind of information you are requesting from Tarlac State University. The university does not maintain such information in its repository.
In particular, it would be helpful to know if you need a referral to the Armed Forces of the Philippines. Please be informed that your earlier request was already forwarded to the FOI portal of the AFP.

We are 5th Year Architecture students at Tarlac State University, enrolled in Architectural Design 09.
The data we are requesting is not from Tarlac State University, but from us who are doing a thesis research requirement for our subject design 9.

We would still need to request you to further clarify your request. You specifically lodged a request to Tarlac State University via the FOI portal and the university does not have the information you are requesting. Your request has already been forwarded to the Armed Forces of the Philippines FOI Receiving Officer as they are the appropriate agency for your request.
