Hi. May I request for COPC or Government Recognition or other document indicating proper authority to offer BS Chemistry at Tarlac State University in 2008 in compliance with the policies, standards and guidelines for this program as stated in relevant CMOs or issuances governing the offering of the said program.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclosed a copy of the BS Chemistry program's COPC issued by CHED Regional Office III in 2014. 

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested since this is the earliest available COPC of the program from the Quality Assurance Office.

For older copies of COPC or government recognition, you can lodge a request to the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) via the eFOI portal: https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests?agency=CHED.

Your right to request a review
