May I request for PDF copy of DPWH Design Guidelines, Criteria, and Standards Volumes 1, 2A, 2B, 2C, 3, 4, 5, & 6. These will help me to design a road and be a better Civil Engr. someday. I am currently a 2nd year student, taking up Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. I am looking forward to your favorable response regarding this request.
