Good day! I would like to request for the list of graduates of Technological University of the Philippines that will be used in my dissertation entitled "Community Cloud for TUP Alumni Association with Data Analytics". The TUP Alumni Affairs required me to check if the user is a legitimate Alumni of the university, thus in order to do that I need to get the list of graduates of the university. The proposed system will help the Alumni Relations office of TUP to communicate with their Alumni. Hoping for your positive response on this matter.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Dec 19, 2018 02:59:41 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for soft copy of the Technological University of the Philippines list of Graduates. We regret to inform you that we do not have the soft copy file. The list of TUP graduates is available in hard copy file.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the documents you have requested. However, you may wish to visit us here at TUP located at Ayala Blvd. Ermita, Manila or you can call us at 301-3001 loc 126 for other details related to your request and also to get the photo copy file at the registrar's office.
