While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance  the information you have requested is part of the frontline service of the University Registrar. To request for your Certificate for English Medium of Instruction, you may file through request form at the University Registrar Office, Technological Univesity of the Philippines, Ayala Boulevard, Ermita, Manila. Your right to request a review
