Ako po si Kristian M. Guillermo na naging magaaral ng TUP Manila, nais ko pong malaman ang kasagutan sa mga tanong na ibibilang ko dito sa liham na to:
1. Sa last semester po ng pagaaral ko po sa TUP, required po ang ojt. Pero bago po matapos yung termino ko as OJT sa pinasukan kong kumpanya, tinanggap(or inabsorb nila po ako). Ngayon po na naglikom na ko ng 4-5 years na working experience sa aking piniling kurso. Ang tanong ko po dito, pwede po ba ako kumuha ng TOR kahit incomplete dahil sa di po ako nakapagpasa ng Certificate of Completion for OJT requirement? Kailan at papaano po

Dear Kristian Guillermo,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Dec 21, 2020 12:39:36 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You are asking if you can get a Transcript of Record even though you did not submitted a Certificate of Completion of On the Job Training? The answer is YES you can get a TOR but you are not a graduate of your course.

Your FOI request is approved.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to TUP President, DR JESUS RODRIGO F. TORRES with this email address tup@tup.edu.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
