I am applying for a postgraduate degree abroad, they are requiring me to submit a certification or official statement from my undergrad university that the medium of instruction/teaching to the degree obtained is in English in replacement to IELTS or TOEFL.

May I humbly ask, if the said document can be provided by TUP?

You asked for ENGLISH LANGUAGE AS MODE OF TEACHING CERTIFICATION.
