Hi! I am applying for a postgraduate certificate abroad and they are requiring a certificate from my undergraduate degree that the medium of instruction/teaching is in English. May I ask if this certificate can be provided by TUP-Manila?

You asked for English is the Medium of Instruction/Teaching Certificate.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, your request for a certificate that English is a medium of instruction is part of frontline service of the University. You may wish to contact Dr. Rosemarie Theresa M.  Cruz, University Registrar at 53013001 local 604/623 or email them at registrar@tup.edu.ph.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dr. Ma. Leonor F. Validor, Vice President for Planning and Development. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
