Thank you for your request dated Apr 26, 2021 10:21:54 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Reservist serial number (MS 43 1990).

As per record of  National Service Training Program of TUP  (NSTP-TUP), your name is not included in the list of graduates. 

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. However, you may resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal.
