Nagtry po akong kumuha ng TOR sa TUP-Manila for work (first time job seeker) para libre pero sabi nila wala pa raw pong IRR na binibigay sa TUP Manila kaya 'di ako makakuha ng libreng TOR, gusto ko po sanang maayos ito para makakuha ng libreng TOR ang mga fresh grad. Salamat po!
