Greetings from  Valencia City Water District!
My name is Marza Lao, currently the Chair of the VCWD Performance Management Team. This agency has recently designated a new set of PMT members along with the introduction of a fresh transition from four (4) Divisions into two (2) Departments-the Commercial and Engineering Dept. and the Administrative and Finance Dept. 

We, the PMT would like to "benchmark" through a copy of your OPCR and list of the duties and duties (Job Description) of your Department Managers. These documents would help us significantly in crafting our DPCR.
