Good afternoon ma'am/sir, may I request a copy of my OTR from University of Northern Philippines during the A.Y. 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, and 2022-2023. Our TOR is a part of the requirements needed for our application in the upcoming November 2023 PNLE.
