I refer to my letter of Jul 17, 2023 11:25:37 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request for Non-Filling of Income Tax Return for Unemployed.

In particular, it would be helpful to know your course and college.
