Speed limit sign location in Metro Manila (data points) 2. Speed limit data in Metro Manila Purpose: To study the behaviour of the drivers with the speed limit signs present along the streets Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide the information you have requested because the University does not have custody of the same. We inquired from the National Center for Transportation Studies (NCTS), UP Diliman, and we were informed by the librarian that they do not have the data you requested.
