While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide the information you have requested because the University does not have custody of the same. We inquired from the National Center for Transportation Studies (NCTS), UP Diliman, and we were informed by the librarian that they do not have the data you requested. May we suggest that you inquire directly with the MMDA instead?You will note that you may try to file your FOI request with MMDA through the eFOI portal.
