Dear FOI Officer,

I would like to request the following data, if available:

1. % of children and youth (5-17yo) with disabilities (CWD) who participate in organized sport and/or physical activity programs.
2. % of schools with active school policies (e.g., daily PE, daily physical activity, recess, etc)
3. % of schools where the majority (>80%) of students are offered the mandated amount of PE.
4. % of communities/municipalities that report they have policies promoting physical activity
5. % of CWD who meet criterion-referenced standards for muscular endurance.

Dear Mr. Jonathan Cagas:

This refers to your request dated November 16, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom on Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request: “ I would like to request the following data, if available:

We are constrained to DENY your request as the same requires us in effect to perform research services for you and therefore your request falls outside the ambit or purview of the abovementioned E.O. and the Constitutional provision that it seeks to implement.
