Good evening!

We're personally asking for said data for the primary purpose of assisting local college councils, student formations and organizations,  local college administrators, and the general UP Diliman system, in understanding how UP Diliman funds have historically been spent through the past three years, in order for these parties to craft more targeted and efficient plans and projects moving forward.

To clarify, by financial statements, we are requesting for the following: balance sheets, statement of cash flows, and income statements. Thank you very much for your time!

Dear Mr. Ong:

This refers to your request dated September 25, 2018 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request :  financial statements the past three years, i.e., balance sheets, statement of cash flows, and income statements

Purpose of request: “… for the primary purpose of assisting local college councils, students formation and organizations, local college administrators, and the general UP Diliman system, in understanding how UP Diliman funds have historically been spent the past three years, in order for these parties to craft more targeted and efficient plans and projects moving forward.”

Since you did not submit the certification as required by the UP System FOI Manual, we regret that in the meantime we are constrained to DENY your request.
You must submit the following certification  as required by the UP System FOI Manual via email to fro.updiliman@up.edu.ph once you have re-filed your request via the eFOI portal.

a.       the information I provided in the eFOI  portal and/or the eFOI request form   is complete and correct;
