Good day!
I and my group mates are university students from Cebu City and are currently working on a research about road safety index for selected cities of Cebu.

In this light, we would like to ask guidance on the methodology. We would like to request a copy of the manuscript of Road Safety Performance Index in Metro Manila, Philippines: 2011-2015 by Ms. Sofia Francesca Lu.
