Your request:

You asked for "Hello. I'm Royal family Justice at Lurd empperaon puoi King Edward henry Rabe.malacañang palace.king."

Response to your request:

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not understand the information you have requested. It is not clear on the message.

Also, since you did not provide proof of Filipino citizenship which is required under the UP FOI Manual, we regret that in the meantime we are constrained to DENY your request.
Article III Section 7 of the 1987 Constitution which is the basis for the requirement under the UP FOI Manual states:
“The right of the people to information on matters of public concern shall be recognized. Access to official records, and to documents, and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development, shall be afforded the citizen, subject to such limitations as may be provided by law.”

You must also submit the following certification  as required by the UP Diliman FOI Manual via email to fro.updiliman@up.edu.ph once you have re-filed your request via the eFOI portal.
