Greetings! I am writing a fact-check story and would need the following information.

1. Latest number of UP Diliman security personnel
2. Breakdown of which security agencies UPD's security personnel are employed from.

I sent an e-mail to "fro.updiliman@up.edu.ph" (Feb 1 at 1:43 PM) containing the required certification. However, my previous request was denied today (Feb 4) because their office said they did not have my certificate. I re-submitted the certificate just now (Feb 4, 12:30PM).

Purpose(s) stated for requuest - “ Fact-checking purposes” 

You also indicated in your request that you emailed the required Certification to “fro.updiliman@up.edu.ph”, however, we would like to inform you that we have not received it since 4 February 2021. Since we have not received the Certification required under the UP FOI Manual, we regret that in the meantime we are constrained to DENY your request. 

Once you are able to provide the Certification you may re-file your request within a period of sixty (60) days from receipt of this letter.
