You asked for Hospital ethics manual.

We would like to inform you that the UP Manila - Philippine General Hospital (PGH) has not issued any memoranda pertaining to hospital ethics manual in the past years. Most of the issuances pertain to research ethics. Below are some resources available online on research ethics, which might be helpful as you craft your essay for your bioethics class.
