Ambrosio 12:23 AM, Oct 16, 2023

I am interested in obtaining the following data in Excel file if possible:

The number of diagnosed pneumonia cases among Filipino children under 5 years old for each year from 2020 to 2023 in Philippine General Hospital, categorized by age groups, including sex, type of pneumonia and its severity, social status of the family, unit where the patient was confined, the treatment received by the patient, and the outcome of the case (alive or deceased).

If available, I would also appreciate access to any survey questionnaires or instruments that you have.
